wigstan specializes in women’s fashion, offering elegant and comfortable styles designed to express confidence, individuality, and timeless beauty.
2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship only within the United States.
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers.
International delivery is not available at this time.
3. How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Free standard shipping within the United States.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only.
You can use your PayPal account balance or linked credit/debit card to complete your purchase securely.
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or via your wigstan account.
7. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at wigstan55@gmail.com.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to love what you ordered.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure that items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
