Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items such as final sale, clearance, or intimate apparel (including undergarments or hygiene-sensitive products) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Return Process

Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving the return confirmation.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Please note:

wigstan does not cover return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size or color within the same product style, subject to availability.
If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
